What you send us

Our inquiry form asks for your business name, your name, email address, phone number, how you handle calls, and an estimate of missed calls. You can also choose to share your website, request a demo, and add details about your business or calls. If you email us, we receive what you put in that message.

How we use it

We use this information to read and respond to your inquiry, discuss whether Callsitter fits your business, and set up a demo if you ask for one. Sending the form does not sign you up for a service.

How the form reaches us

The form is processed by FormSubmit and emailed to [email protected]. That means your submission passes through FormSubmit and our email provider, not just this website. FormSubmit says it retains form submissions for 30 days. You can read FormSubmit's privacy terms for its handling of submissions.

Your choices

To ask what you sent us, correct it, or request deletion, email [email protected]. We can delete the copies we control, such as inquiry emails, subject to any records we need to keep. We cannot promise immediate deletion from FormSubmit or an email provider's systems.
